Prepping for Triple Crown Worlds

Jammers will be playing tomorrow, Monday July 9 against the Outlaws and Elite once again in preparation for our first WS of 2007 in Steamboat Springs, CO.

The brackets are out and the Jammers play the CO Loveland Hitmen on Wed July 18 at 1:45. The journey continues with the CO Diggers and pool ends with the Chino HIlls Storm, a USSSA Major team from So Cal that has beaten some of the best teams in the country.

It should be interesting, and with 44 teams, it could take up to 12 games to win the tourney. Here's hoping we have enough pitching and endurance to get it done. Go Jammers Go!!!

What a year. Let's finish with a bang in our 2 world series!!

Updates!!! Updates!! YTD info

Well it has been awhile, so here we go.

Since the last time we entered, the Jammers have been busy trying to, and eventually qualifying for the prestigious Elite 24 World Series in Orlando Florida. Here has been our journey so far.....

Memorial Day Weekend--Detroit Michigan. Jammers start off with the Macomb Mud Dogs. KT with a good pitching job and Jammers win 18-0.

Jammers v Beaver Valley (PA) Red. Awesome job on the mound by Riley. Jammers win 3-2.

Jammers v Barons. Max w/good job on mound. Jammers win 10-2

Semi's Jammers v Macomb Mudhens. Awesome job on mound by Deshawn, but with a couple baserunning mistakes, a trick play, and great play by the Mudhens, Jammers lose 5-3.

3rd place. Not bad, but not what we were looking for. We did have a great time in Detroit and attended a good baseball game at Comerica Park. 3-1 for tourney.
