Jammers win USSSA State title!!

Another goal accomplished!! Jammers win the USSSA State title, going 4-0 on the way to the title. It was a tough road, but you guys got it done!!!

Here is how the week turned out:

Game 1 Jammer v Mustang Braves. Tough game early, but Jammers get bats going and cruise 10-3.

Game 2 Jammers v Edmond Tigers. We knew this matchup would come.......Jammers pull away late after the game was 2-1 for most of the day. Jammers win 10-3.

Game 3 Semifinals. Jammers v Sooners. Bats exploded early, but the walk bug almost came back and got us. We sure cannot have 12 walks anymore...........but guess what??? You boys got it done. Jammers win 10-8.

Finals. Jammers v Tigers. Against our old buddies one more time........Riley with a relay from Blake to nail the tying run at the plate. Colby, Deshawn and Brady pitched an exceptional game. Jammers win state 9-8.

Congrats guys, let's gear up for Worlds........just one more goal left.

Practice Mon Jul3, Wed Jul 5 and scrimmage on July 6.

Check in Mckinney at 12:00 on July 8. Skills competition at 2. I will get with those who will be entering.

Year to date tournament team. 47-6. Unreal!! 2 State titles and the OK/Texas Shootout Champions. You guys are very special and have every right to be extremely proud.
